The above information is provided for your reference only. When returning an item you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be offered, we may also offer you an alterative/replacement product if applicable. We will expect care to be taken when returning items for a refund, please include a copy of our returns form. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. No refunds are issued for items returned damaged or with parts missing. Providing your returned item meets the above criteria, we will process a full refund, minus our shipping costs, back to your account within 7 days of receiving your item. Faulty items will be replaced 100% free of charge. |
